Introducing the Four Coursemen! They’re 5 young friends who love to cook as much as they love a challenge. Their sold out weekly dinners in their hometown of Athens, GA have earned them rave reviews. They’re perfectionists who will never make the same menu item twice and only use local, sustainable ingredients. Now this group of cooking enthusiasts is ready to hit the road in a new adventure. They’ll travel across the country on a mission to celebrate amazing local purveyors and teach people that good food doesn’t always come from a supermarket.
But there’s a twist! They must create a unique five-course feast without knowing where they’re going until they get there. And with just 48 hours to source, create, cook, and serve an unforgettable dinner for 30 townspeople – naturally things don’t always go as planned!
The Coursemen are comprised of Matt, whose expertise is meats; Patrick, who specializes in seafood, soups and sauces; Eddie, who is a master of charcuterie and sauces, but has a passion for pastry; Damien, the pasta ace, with an affinity for desserts; and Nancy, a whiz at pairing wine, beer and cocktails.
So look out for this gang, because next time they may be coming to your home town.
