Announcing Good Food America with Chef Nathan Lyon

All of us here at Two River Pictures have been brimming with anticipation, like kids in the back seat on a long road trip, just waiting to share our enthusiasm for a new original series we have been working on. Finally the moment is at hand! Two River Pictures is excited to announce that production has begun on Good Food America with Chef Nathan Lyon for the Veria Living network. Fresh foods expert Chef Nathan Lyon takes you on a culinary adventure in search of the best healthy places to eat across America. The show is coming to Veria Living this summer!

There’s a healthy dining revolution sweeping the nation, and former Next Food Network Star finalist Nathan Lyon is on the frontline. On Good Food America, Nathan takes us on a road trip crisscrossing America in search of the unique eateries – from lunch counters to truck stops, bistros to cantinas – serving up the very best in flavor-packed, healthy comfort food.

“No one knows good, healthy food like chef Nathan Lyon,” said Elizabeth Browde, the VP of programming at Veria Living. “As a leader in the sustainable and seasonal eating revolution, Nathan’s passion and enthusiasm for nutritious and delicious eating options is infectious and is sure to inspire audiences everywhere.”

Chef Nathan Lyon is known to television viewers across the country for his simple, innovative cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal, local ingredients. Chef and co-host of Growing A Greener World (PBS), Nathan was the creator and host of A Lyon in the Kitchen (Discovery Health and Fit TV), among the final four on the second season of The Next Food Network Star, and appeared as a guest chef and expert on Home Made Simple (TLC) andReal Simple Real Life (TLC).

The first leg of the Good Food America production is nearing an end with a brief break before the second leg picks up and Nathan once again hits the road in search of the most delicious and healthy eats.
